FAIL. I have done so and my concerns were not addressed.

This feature can be enabled and disabled on the 'My Alerts' page, 40% of messages received will be replied to with random responses."
FAIL. Not true - There IS NO MY ALERTS page. Consequence? NO DIFFERENCE. RANDOM RESPONSES are indicated as controllable however they are not. The verbiage 'for members convenience', 'increase the overall experience' and 'so they do not miss the chance of meeting their match' - misleading as what seems good-faith justification is locked in contradiction when such deceptive methods are applied in practice. Additionally, the last line is ambiguous.
"Please note that all communications between members and our VC are identified with our VC logo. If upon receivership of a text based communication from a VC, it will be displayed to the member, via the VC logo."
FAIL. Not true - the logo is displayed when viewing the VC user's profile, NOT when receiving text-based communication from a VC. From your Inbox, you can click the message, and a reply box appears in which you can do so. No cupid logo is displayed.
"From time to time we may include an estimation regarding the number of members on the JDI Dating Ltd website. Any such estimation will include all accounts (both free and paid). Please note that we do work expeditiously to remove what we believe to be fraudulent/malicious profiles as and when they are reported. If you are contacted through JDI Dating Ltd (private message) and believe such contact to be fraudulent/malicious please immediately report the matter to us."
I have politely asked for a refund as a result of what is now clearly a blatant advantage being set up and taken. I'm not sure why this hasn't happened yet or what the big deal is.
