The site is full of fake profiles, bogus emails, and the like.
Of course Rudefinder is a scam... They say so in the fine print under their Terms and Conditions right on the site. The profiles everyone is referring to are called VC profiles... And they are admittedly fake. For those who were like me and didn't read the fine print when you signed up (which is exactly what they count on), this is directly from the terms... Unaltered.
"The said site (JDI Dating Ltd) encourages and promotes and use of communications through our Virtual Cupid (VC). This service has been employed to encourage communications with members throughout our site and services. All members fully understand, accept and agree to the deployment of this service, which some of the profiles and members displayed to them may be fabricated to promote user activity and partaking in all the said sites services. The VC includes the posting of information, pictures and communication to the users' profile. More as the deployment of our VC is to excite member's activity, it's a fundamental means to mediate users' conformity to our Terms and Conditions set out before them. All users must acknowledge and agree to any information or pictures displayed to them via a VC's profile, does not relate to an actual person but have been used for the sole entertainment of the user. Please note that any Virtual Cupid profiles do not portray a real person. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that any involvement or communication with our VC shall be monitored to administrate conformity to our Terms, Conditions and laws. We also reserve the right to utilize VC'S within the site (s) services at present and in the future.
Additionally you understand, acknowledge, and agree that, the VC may contact both free and paid users via text bases communication either within the site and/or via email notifications for sole function of increasing the member's activity in the said sites services and to monitor the members' compliance to our Terms and Conditions.
Our Virtual Cupid profiles actively monitor the content and material added to the site and surrounding profiles. Any suspicious accounts that may put our members at risk will be removed without hesitation to help provide the best and safest service possible.
Please note that all communications between members and our VC are identified with our VC logo. If upon receivership of a text based communication from a VC, it will be displayed to the member, via the VC logo. If a member responds to, or initiates any communications or interactions with our VC they fully understand, acknowledge, and agree that any response or exchange between the VC and the member is solely for the members' entertainment, and will not result in an physical meeting between the VC and the member but is to mediate the member compliance to our terms and conditions as well as stimulating the members activity through the said site and it services. Similarly, the member appreciates and understands that any communications from the VC may be sent to multiple users at the same or similar time (s).
