Property management scam, do not trust this company they are ripping off hard working companies all across america...
This company (integrated services group) hired me to do landscaping services on office max in honolulu, i did the job, got the manager sign off sheet, and pictures of the work. Repeatedly they tried to pretend they weren't receiving the information, after i sent and varified it processing properly 4 times. Then they are now trying to claim the pictures aren't clearly showing up on there side, which they are, i confirmed it through other sources that they are coming through fine.
They have repeatedly tried to build obsiticals and excuses even though in the work order none of those things are stated as requirements for me to get paid. The fact that the manager signed off is enough to validate that it was completed.
So i have filed a complaint with the bbb, and i am seeking news media for this scam that has not only been done to me but many other companies also.
I will be holding office max management responsible for hiring a con artist company to manage their property..
