Got a call from a very middle eastern sounding man with an American name saying they were going to file a lawsuit against me tomorrow at 11 A.M. I asked who the creditor was and they first said Cash Partners, and then said Cash Partners of America (when I googled this I got aka ACE Express). I did one time apply for credit from ACE and was denied. Never got any money from them but obviously they got my personal information because they knew my last employer's name and my checking acct information. I was happy to see someone else had recently reported them too. I told them to just get after it, or provide me written proof of the debt. They just kept avoiding that telling me not to interrupt them. Whatever! I hung up.
