I purchased 2 chi flat irons on line from this store in the states for $103.98 when both irons got delivered to me right they were not working - didnt even use it once - took it out of the package and plugged both in only to find they are not working... I emailed style mall store to make them aware... They told me to follow return policy procedure inwhich i did - i mailed back the items and now they are not answering my emails as to when i get replacement or my money back - there is no phone number to talk to customer service rep. I find this to be scam and would like to know how i can get my items or money back —i have kept every single email that i sent to them and have their replies.
