Received my ghd flat iron which was not authentic and did not work nearly as good as my sisters. I returned my flat iron and same thing happened to me - I have been sending them emails regarding reimbursement and they have not returned my emails! This is a horrible website along with very poor customer service! My track and confirm pkg slip states that they did in fact receive this item on 10/27.
