Your company has the worse customer service I have ever seen. You have no rights to call anyone crazy or so. For your previous statement your web site will be reported to the customer service agency for review regarding US customer service standards.
For the future, please be more careful typing in English, choosing the words and make clear statements.
My credit card company unauthorized transaction yesterday and was notify about issue. Any further transactions made by your company would be unauthorized and you will deal with credit card authorized personnel directly.

Do not charge my credit card! I will file fraud if you do so. I do not want to get any products not now not in 14 days. CANCEL MY ORDER with no charge from credit card and no product send to me. Otherwise I am reporting you to my credit card as a fraud transaction.
