I saw ad in Facebook and went to site.'Ordered' sample and paid for postage £2.95. Now I have been charged £74.95. Today I received another sample which I did not order. Will I be charged for that also? I have immediately cancelled the credit card and am waiting for dispute form from credit card company.
Someone else indicated that I have actually unknowingly subscribed to something.
What hope is there of getting my money back?
