I explained that a was to have back surgery the following week and did not know if I would be able to do it. No problem they said, we will sign you up now and then we will call you later to follow up. Okay... But I am still in a lot of pain and I will not be able to do this. I have tried calling several numbers and all I get is, "We are busy and can not get to right now. This has happened several times.
