I have been driving for them for 8 weeks and this was my first time home. They lost my paperwork on a load and are refusing to pay me for the mile because they said i did not send the paperwork. When i know i sent the papers to them with my log and the logs they have. I think the problem is because i went home for 4 days after 8 weeks on the road.
They also lied to me i was told i would make 32c a mile and after it was sad & done and I was on the road i was making 26c a mile. They told me i would get 3200 miles a week and i have only achived that milage once in 8 week. That mileage is in the paycheck they are with holding from me. They told for every week i would earn a day off and they wouldn't give me more than 4days
I was told saftey first but it is the load the want then worry about saftey later. I am a solo driver and i was given a team run of 16 hours to go 1200 miles all by myself and was told to be i couln't be late. So i made the run and for what not to get payed.
I'm not sure what to do because i still have there truck and trailer in my door yard and i'm not sure if i want to go back on the road for them if they won't pay me for the miles i run. They won't now so what's to say they will pay me later if I go back out and who's too say when i will even be allowed to come home again.
