Seller account put on hold after one sale, no answer

I created a business account to sell products on Amazon.com, they charged me $40 for open the account, then I sell one item a total of 144.85 USD, and they put my account on hold and never put it back and i contacted them several times and never get an answer. They haven't give me my money
