After seeing a luxury vinyl tile display, I wanted it for my kitchen and a friendly, professional Sales Rep named Ronn Foit came to my home with samples. He was knowledgeable and very generous with his time, which I doubly appreciated when I found out that it was his day off. He acted as if we were the most important customers he ever met. He kept in touch throughout the job and my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. Customer service reps called to keep me posted, the installers, Frederico and then Brenda and her crew couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with their work. My goodness Benjamin even brought a vacuum cleaner and a broom in to clean the stairway to the family room. I couldn't believe my eyes. And my kitchen floor is gorgeous. It was an amazing experience and one I plan to repeat. What a great company and an outstanding job by everyone. Thanks to all.
