I was researching IPAD2 as a gift for friend. Spent my 99.00 in bids and gave up due to time (3 hrs of bidding). Site states that even though you loose the bid, you can often get the product cheaper by ordering through them direct. This I did since I had alreadly lost $99.00.in bids I was able to purchase for 429.00. Account was charged but no shipping info. I have sent at least 6 requests over as many days and received some of the stupidest replies ever. Company claims they do not use autoresponders - Maybe so, but they definetly use the same scripts regardless of who replies - with one exception. My last emailed reply stated I could request a refund - which I have done - not for the $429.00 alone, but also for the $99.00 in Bids. Why? Because they "pride themselves on their great customer service. I specifically asked for a phone number or a real person to talk to as well as whether or not my order had actually been processed, who wwas shipping, etc. I have not received any replies to that. Any reputable company would have replied with something other than links to go through only to result in more autoresponses and closed support tickets
