I first received a letter saying " Re: Award Claim Final Notification" I won $615,810.00 for to call myclaims agent and I did, his name was Don Oscar Lopez he said " congratulations I will give you a call back to confirm everything after I receive your info. Which was the attached letter ffrom Santa Lucia Security Company S.A. It's called a Lottery Payment Processing Form, so what I did was go to the bank and opened a new account and gave them that info.
Later that afternoon he calls and says everything is fine and I just need to send a small amount of $1,985.55 for a bank transfer charge through a telegraphic transfer system with this bank dаta:
Beneficiary Name: Peter Kross Aighewl
Name of Bank: BBVA
International Bank Account Number
IBAN ES6801824102940291504822
Bank Address: Lorenza Correa, 48
Country: Spain
So of course I did NOT send that money and I told him that I thought he was lying, and he got very offended and stsrted saying that he is a family man and he's just doing his job, he only gets 10% of my so called prize.
So I said I would call him later and in the mean time I started investigating and I e-mailed El Gordo Loteria Primitiva customer service 4 times, which I still have not received a response so then I kept looking and found phone number to El Gordo Lottery, and was speaking to a lady but i did not get her name, anyway she said that if I did not purchase a lottery ticket then there was no way I won the lottery she told it was a fraud and that she advise me NOT to give them any money, I asked her if she of Santa Lucia Security Company and she said it was an insurance company there in Madrid but had nothing to do with them.
I then looked up Santa Lucia and accross a forum where all these people have received same letters and that these fraud artist are nigerians, well guess what? The person I've been talking to " Don Oscar Lopez" is nigerian you can tell by his accent, and this same man called twice this morning at 5:30am and then again at 6:45AM to see if I had sent him the money. Again this man got upset after I told him that was waiting for response back from the Lottery to confirm that everything was true and said "well just send a letter saying that you are the winner but you don't want your prize", but in a very frusterating manner I told him I would call him back as soon I new something and he said allright you go ahead and call the lottery, so asked himm if he had that number and that I had it which I didn't until this morning that I spoke to that lady.
My only concern now is that this man might try to get into my other bank accounts and take my money. I need some kind of advice guidence or anything to do so these people can get ultimate punishment.
