I signed up with AT&T for home and internet services and my bill has never reflected the correct amount. Every month I speak to rep and they say its fixed and the next bill doesn't reflect it. Today I was hung up on four times and no one could help me. I was transferred over 8 times and got the run around every time. After hours of dealing with this I finally spoke to someone. I want a call back from upper management asap from AT&T! I tried the supervisors and even he was ruid!!!
