I applied for a pay day advance, they charged me $19 after they told me I was approved, then I had to call because I never saw the deposit hit my bank account, they then said I was declined because I do not have direct deposit, yet when filling out the application there was never mention that direct deposit was a requirement to get the loan and they will not refund the $19.00.
