Ordered EZ Smoker. When received directions don't make sense. Called customer service and they said if I don't want it. I would have to pay to ship it back and it would take at least a month for them to give me credit. They talk you into keeping it and give you 50% discount, which was never credited to my card. Then I receive apackage on 10/24 of 30 filters for the ez smoker, which I told them DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING. Charged me 69.95. I told them I was dissatisfied and they shouldn't have sent them to me. They said if I wanted to ship back, I would have to pay shipping.
