I've invest $100, after 3 days of waiting, the investment doesn't exist in my LR account, so I ask the admin why. They said that Level 1 is no longer available since Sep 1st and they told me to refund my investment till $2000. First, I didn't know that Level 1 is closed, second, in their website Level 1 is still exist, they didn't remove Level 1 from their website nor make a announcement that Level 1 is closed. When I try to ask to refund back my $100, they refused it, they say it's has to go through their plan first before I can receive the money. Since I dont have such a lot of money, it's mean that my investsment is loss.
