I was applying for a payday advance and aborted in the middle of the application because I did not agree to the terms and conditions. The company deposited. 05 in my account and tried to withdraw it three times causing overdraft fees in the amount of 102.00. I contacted the company from the number on the bank statement and got the run around. They would not let me talk to a supervisor and after constant insistence on my part was given an email address so I sent an email which I never received a reply. I called back and told them I did not authorize any deposits or withdrawals not to withdraw again. They said they would not, however I am skeptical. My bank said all I could do was put a stop payment on my account at a 34.00 cost to me. They did refund me the overdrafts which helped out. I am going to close my account and get a new one. I hope this company gets in serious trouble. They are major scam artists vultures preying on consumers.
