Went online to find out about how many keys could be made for my sons bmw. Did not in any way agree to pay for this!!! Website told me 17 bmw mechanics were online to help me. When i was told thirty eight dollars, i signed off. Never agreed to this charge, never asked for an answer, never got an answer. This is out and out fraud and i expect my money back.
