The book was $19.95 and the s/h $11.95. During the order process the order clerk slipped in $8.95 for a book that was offered free on-air but I caught that one. Twelve hours later I tried to cancel the order and was told I could only order; wait for the shipment to arrive and return it for a full refund. The next two days I was called from a 1-866-379 number constantly. When I called back I was greated by my first name then by my last name. The person wanted to send me "free gasoline vouchers, " plus coupons and $43.00 would be debited from my Visa account. I told her to keep everything and cancel the whole order. She abruptly said, "Thank you for calling and Have A Blessed Day." When I tried to call the number it rang and an automated voice said, "Goodbye, " the call ended. The same thing happened the following day. No contact was ever available to take my call.
