Total rip off they will lie about anything to get money out of you. The appliances in the buildings are unacceptable and constantly break. Worst renting experience of my life waste of money go somewhere else. They don't care about you they just want your money. I have been a victim myself of a crooked landlord and the staffs are a bunch of no good, lying, electricity thieving, and conniving wicked people. I applied to Cunningham and put down a $100 deposit to put on hold the apartment and paid $30 for application fees. I told them bring my application papers in two week since apartment is not ready till next month also explained my living situation so the manager said its OK to bring papers back in two weeks.
In the middle of the week they called me said if I dont bring my application by Friday they will declined my application. I was mad and said what are you talking about you told me and we agree that I can bring my forms in two weeks so went to talked to landlord saying can you please fill out form need by Friday Riverglenn will email the form to Cunningham promised and said it's OK. I got a call from Cunningham manager telling me was declined because never received form from
Riverglenn was angry. This people are rude dont give a crap about new tenant and bunch of lying crooked thiefs plus don't know how to communicate at all just bunch of lazy crooked people.
