A yr after purchasing warranty got an email saying they couldnt do business in my state and were dropping my coverage, said they would do it on a pro-rata basis. NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK! I want my full refund and beg you never ever use this company! Phony customer service office 100 percent! Avoid!!!
