They had taken 69.70 of my card, so i phoned up the company ands was told that in order for me to get a refund i have to forward a letter to the company detailing what it is i wont which i did, about 2 3 weks went by bearing in mind the company follow a policy of a 14 day refund policy. So i called them on numerous occasins and basically one adviser said that it had been released at one point to their banks and i have to wait untill it reaches my account, they couldnt give me time scale of how long it will take although its their banks so they should be able to give me a rough idea, adding to that the advisers dont seem to care about it just seems like im been given the run around the last time i spoke to them was today about 1130 and the woman was rude a and was trying to blame myself saying i sighned up which i felt disgusted by she had no concern or interset in helping me with information regarding my refund it just nseemd like she wonted to talk about why it was taken out. The company has caused so much problems for me. A amily memeber has passed away and that money was and still is needed im so disgusted with power money loans that i just wont this soretd and its gone past the point where i would gladly accept my refund only back i wont a good will gesture and my money back for all the phone bcalls ive had to make. Im so furious its unreal i also have a child who depends me and you wqould think they would help me.
