Mis leading info just to get ur money and dont tell u anything but ur garenteed
a loan on bad credit untill after u pay then tells u have to have good credit to get a loan but if u dont u can get a payday adavance in (if u wont an advance all u have to do is go to a payday advance store and it will be cheeper i might under stand if the loan they wonted to give u didnt have interest on it to but it does and they get there money and all u get is a draft from ur bank for nothing to top it off its on a bad credit loan web site this is the guide lines for refund only after payment is recieved... (A refund can be issued if ALL of your found lending sources decline your application or
have declined your application in the last six months. Choosing not to apply to any
viable source means NO refund. There was no loan amount guarantees so no refund is
issued if you do not like your approved amount. If you can't or don't want to follow this
policy, please do not ask for refund!

If your credit score is/was below 575, you do not qualify for a refund.
As stated before you paid, applying to our service with a score below 575
requires you to apply with a cosigner with good credit to any lender.
If you can prove you applied with a cosigner with good credit and still
were denied by at least 5 sources, then you can get a refund.

Steps to follow:

1. Gather up all your decline notices from each lender. They will mail you notices within 30 days if you forgot to print them off the screen or print the email. IF you
place an ad with prosper and you get no bids, then forward us a copy of the statement showing no bids over the 7 day period. You must be able to place an ad
with prosper and show evidence of non-funding.

2. IF you live in a state where the lender doesn't service, you don't need a notice from them.

3. If you applied to the same lender in the past 6 months and don't still have a copy of the decline notice, you will need contact that lender and get a copy.

Once you have gathered up all your official decline notices, MAIL them to the refund address below. We need ALL decline notices. Then a refund will be issued within 15 days of receipt of proper paperwork. Failure to follow this policy will result in NO refund.
You will NOT be contacted if you fail to follow the proper procedure.
