I ordered a software program from TrialPay.com on Oct 18. I paid for it with my Visa card. I have not received anything—no download, not DVD or CD, and no response to my numerous calls or emails.

I originally read an article in our paper about this special program to wipe out former files. I contacted www.avanquest.com—somehow, I was referred to Trialpay.com—this beginning the run-around. No activation code provided, no follow up.
I would like my money returned.
