8/30 At 8:56 AM I received a confirmation email from TrialPay confirming a purchase of MAGIX PC Check and Tuning and Magix PhotoStory through CNET.

The programs never downloaded to my computer.

During that week I left on a planned vacation.

Today iattempeted to reach TrialPayand was given the attached email address https://www.trialpay.com/i/? T=4&ae=gWg7IiID4&at=2156f3a2a95f7753.

I tried using the address through diffrent search engines to no avail.

What other resource do I have.
