Coast to Coast did a wonderful job on my windshield. I too saw the negative reviews and called the rep to verify they were a legit shop, and i decided to get the work done and give them a shot. There are tons of negative people out there and you cant listen to everyone... I decided to figure it out on my own, and i am VERY pleased with their work. I googled safelight who is the shop most insurance companies prefer you go to... And their rip-off reports and negatives were about 10 pages long of people complaining. What it comes down to is the larger your business, the more customer base you have... The more upset customers you will find. Its the nature of the business world. Walmart, Mcdonalds, Safelight, etc Companies that are #1 in their industry ALL have complaints about them. Does this mean i wont shop at walmart or eat at mcdonalds?
My opinion is people writing bad reviews are either very negative people and/or did unfortutely have a bad experience. Or they are competing vendors within the same industry that are trying to run this company out of business. If thats the case maybe competitors should just re-evaluate their sales strategies and work a little harder instead of bashing other companies.
