I used Coast to Coast for the first time a year ago when they first got in the Pensacola area. At first i was alittle worried because i have never heard of the door to door glass thing, the girl that came to my door was really sweet and knew the answer to every question that i had. She wasnt pushy at all so i decided to go with the company. The installer came to my work 2 days later and installed my windshield. He was really respectful as well and made sure i was happy with the work before he left. After I left work i noticed alittle wind noise, but when i called they came and fixed all the problems the very next day. I then got more damage and called the rep back and she helped me with my claim once again, making sure i got the best glass possible. This time to my suprise my insurance company said they needed to do an inspection and she told me it would be another glass company coming trying to get me to go with their company, and sure enough thats what happened, safelite came trying to talk me into switching glass providers. I recommend this company to anybody. Every experience i have had with them has been great and the customer service sends out follow up calls to make sure you are satisfied. They have a great warranty and live up to that warranty as well.
