The following email was sent to Brett Ingram, owner of Think Big Publications on March 8 requesting a refund of $884.
As of this date: October 24 I still haven’t received my refund…

Admin:
I have made two separate purchases for My Auto Blog Business which total $884. These purchases were made on 12/2/10, and 2/7 which I’m requesting a full refund. Here is break-down of my purchases: Customer ID: 47397
Hosting:
12/2/10 - @ $19 2/1 - @ $19 Total: $76.00
1/3 - @ $19 3/2 - @ $19… Never used
Auto Blog Business:
12/2/10 - $277.00 … PayPal E-Check 2VU52088WA0888823 Total: $354.00
12/2/10 - $77.00… $100.00 Discount Code
2/7 - $177.00… PayPal: Transaction ID: 10P90746V6820331N Total: $454.00
2/7 - $277.00… Invoice: #14287
The itemized amounts equal $884.00
Now the reasons why I’m requesting a full refund are as follows:
From the itemized list above you can readily see I have made two separate purchases on two separate days. For the first purchase on 12/2/10 I still haven’t received the 10 niches I purchased. The second purchase was on 2/7 and I received an email dated 2/9 saying “Your My Autoblog Business Sites Are Ready”. The sites in the email (niches) were purchased only two days before. How can that be when I still haven’t received the first 10 niches I ordered?
On Brett’s sales pages it states the following:
You have my 60 Day 100% Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee for a refund.
His company has been giving me the run-around for almost 8 months now. I have the PayPal receipts with the dates and amounts of my purchases. I don’t know why he hasn’t given me my refund other than he is a dishonest business man. This is what gives IM a bad name.
