Emailed to inquire if the uggs where really... Someone by the name of anne replied to me and she said they would be delivered in 4 to 7 days. After not getting anything i emailed again asking for a tracking number as the website says you would get one within 24 hrs. They asked for order number, so i gave that and merchant number. I haven't heard back.
