Ebay indefinitely restricted my selling account due to unknown linked accounts. On Sep 26 Ebay sent me an email that my account was restricted due to a link to an account that was under investigation for non authentic items. I have never sold anything that was not authentic and I have been a good customer / seller for over 10 years with no negative feedback.
I have appealed this restriction 5 times through email and 5 times through phone and I just received an email letting me know my account is indefinitely suspended and no other explanation. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.
