My account was suspended with EBAY. This was my first Ebay account, ever. I had people I tried to help Use my Name and address to set up EBAY accounts. My Ebay account was linked with those. I explained to EBAY that I had nothing to do with those accounts. I wote to the President of EBAY John Donahoe several times. I was contacted by his office and asked to fax my statement in and other documents. I faxed them in and mailed them also. I was told we will take care of it. It has been weeks. My account is still suspended and EBAY's president John Donahoe was not professional enough to even respond. I was linked to an account I had nothing to do with. My EBAY account should not be suspended. I did everything they asked. John Donahoe and EBAY have been nothing but rude, unprofessional and have flat out lied to me. I will update this if anything changes!
