1993-National Home Buyers, LLC claimed to save my home from foreclosure. They with Rise Financial Services and Robert E. Payne Title held a closing on my home WITHOUT notifying me. I learned of the transaction in 2005 when I tried to pay the PITI on my home to the so-called straw buyer (Dr. LC Bell, Jr.) who was to be the mortgage holder.in the attorney I retained failed to follow the proper judicial filings.in I have been harassed by the straw buyer, illegally evicted; threatened arrest if I didnot release my interest in the property. Fifteen attorneys were contacted; they refuse to afford me any relief. I have a court date of 1 Nov 11 and I am trying to get competent counsel.
