I was just browsing the web and I've seen the house that you are renting out to me with different peoples emails and different prices. At this moment I dont know what to think because I dont know if you are the real owner. I just dont want to send you all the money and then i dont get the keys and documents to the house. Good Morning,
The FedEx agent called me in the early Hours of this Morning to inform me that the package wasn't sent as planned as we needed to get a Notary from an Attorney here before we can send the package over since its contents are Official Housing Documents as well as keys. My wife already contacted our Attorney this morning and the Notary has been acquired.
However, our Attorney has advised that since the contents of the Documents would also include the payment receipt, it is expected that the first month rent be paid as well so that this can be reflected in the payment receipt and Housing Documents before it gets to you.
After the first Month has been paid, subsequent rent would be sent to an International Account, which we will set up here and the Account information would be sent to you. This would minimize the transfer charges involved to the minimum.
Payment for the first Month has to be sent via Western Union with the same information used for previous payment. As soon as we have confirmed it from this end, the FedEx agent would be sending the package over to your address, so that you can finally move into our House. You just have to inform us as soon as this is done so that we can proceed.
We do not only hope to maintain a mutual Landlord-Tenant Relationship but also seek to establish a strong bond between our families. Once again, we regret any inconveniences this might have caused and we hope to finalize the rental process soonest.

The house is available for rent at the moment so you are free to move in as soon as you wish to... A Deposit of $700 (which happens to be the security deposit) is required before moving in... The deposit is refundable if at the end of the day you don't like the House but i am giving you the benefit of doubt that you would definitely like it.
