I purchased gold from their website, when asked to contact them through live chat I did. They led me on and asked me to send a picture of my credit card and ID, which i did not do, and continued to lead me on when i told them i would not. So i proceeded to open a dispute with Paypal to try to get my money back, they offered me a resolution to give me the gold i was supposed to get in game and asked me to close the dispute, i caved and did it. They proceeded to log out of the game and somehow kick me off too, it took me another 5 minutes to contact them again and they have yet to do anything for me.
