It is impossible to make progress on changing my "toxic" mortgage. Here is what happened today, 10/29/10:

4:11 pm 866-550-5705Deidra
I said we are not quite a refi or modification. Deidra was helpful and said we had been assigned to Will Diaz but some documents still missing. I asked to speak to Mr. Diaz. She said there was no direct # but she would transfer me.

Transferred to Imminent Default Michelle, but...

4:23 Her system froze up and she had to transfer me to another agent. Got a wrong number recording… She tried again… Got a recording…”Thank you for calling Chase” then waiting… then Chase hung up.

4:26 pm I called 866-550-5705 3 stages of AVR hung up on

4:29 pm I called 866-550-5705 AVR remain on line SS# AVR transfer music on hold Shamika –“My system is down… I can get someone to help you.” sent me back to 866-550-5705 AVR AVR remain on line SS#busy signal

4:33 pmI called 866-550-5705 AVR remain on line SS# AVR transfer music on hold Stacey I interrupted her (she was going to send me back to 866-550-5705) to tell her I need to go to Mr. Diaz, she said she could do that and would stay with me until I got someone on the line…

4:38 pm Michelle (yes, the original Michelle) came on the line to say the system is down I must call back, and there is no way through except to go through the 866#.
