I ordered these products thinking it was a free trial but I have had £62.37 taken from my bank account. As yet I have received nothing. I have tried to cancel but cannot get through by telephone and have sent three e. Mail which have not been answered I have now written a letter to Active Crest in Harley Street. Can you help.
