I purchased an air strut for my 1994 Lincoln Continental. On the website is states lifetime warranty. The part failed. The company claims the part is no longer available. I sent it back to them per their request to determine if the manufacture would refund. Autopartsdirecttoyou.com said they would give me store credit. I do not need anything from their store.
