Wow, I just spoke to the so-called "customer service representative" at this company's extension number and I am floored. They are not a legitimate pet air delivery service. The man I spoke with phone's kept going off (text-message ringtone) as well as his "YAHOO!" email account kept notifying him on new emails. Why would someone working for a legitimate company have this going on. Also, there was several other voices in the background causing me to believe that he was not in a professional environment. He was unable to offer me a solid answer to my payment concerns. Their website offers several different methods such a door-to-door, door-to-airport, etc. And no way to select this on the "Payment." The only thing on this website was an option to enter credit card information, including the verification number (on the back) which is rarely required in any purchase. He kept stuttering and was unsure as to how to answer me. I CANNOT put my account information on this website nor will I give it to someone over the phone who does not know what they are talking about.
I am so glad I caught this before I gave them any of my information. FYI, I got this website from a man that I'm trying to adopt a puppy from. He assured me that this was the way to go. Yeah right! For all I know he's in on this website and isn't even selling puppies. His pictures looked too professional anyways. I'm so pissed!
