I ordered PureBiotix Sept. 14. I received the product several days later and was told by my doctor not to take it. I had paid $4.95 for shipping and understood that would not be refunded. I did not immediately see the 12 day offer but called them within tweleve days of receiving the product. They told me I had exceeded the time limit and would not refund my money. I told them I did not see the 12 day rule on the television ad. They said it wasn't on the ad. I said that they sent no paperwork so I didn't see it there either. They said they send no paperwork, I am responsible for the $90 fee and hung up on me. They were very rude and adrupt. I have learned an important lesson.
