I ordered the PureBiotix b/c of the "free" trial. Only paid s&h and then a few weeks after I got the product I noticed a charge to my account for $79.95. Called twice in 2 months and was told I would get my money back in about 15 business days. When I still didn't receive a refund I called a 3rd time. I was told that my situation was unusual and that the money should be in my account with in 7 business days. The customer rep also said he would send an email to the financial department and alert them of this problem. Still no money after 2 weeks, so I called the 877 number on the bottle and it's DISCONNECTED!!! I wrote a very nasty email to the company and then alerted the Better Business Bureau. It's been almost 3 months now and I still have not heard anything regarding my refund.: (
