Disappointing customer service, product not as described

The "eye clean" sapphire I purchased has 2 visible inclusions to my naked eye. The color and cut are very pretty, but I am not sure if it is the right stone for my engagement setting. The merchant, Jasna Gems, replied to my concerns about the inclusion (s) with a note that said "let me know as soon as pobbile. Someone else is interested in it." Not very good customer service! Also, when I made my order online, I was promptly called and informed that the price was higher than the website by $100. He would be willing to meet me in the middle and I ended up paying $60.00 more than what I expected based on the website's quoted price. I really don't want him to have my business, but the color and cut are so pretty I will try to make it work in my setting. I just wish it was a better experience and I got what (thought) I paid for. Champagne sapphires are very hard to find. I am between a rock and a hard place. No pun intended.
