Letter stating "Our records now read that the holder of this doc has been identified for the -Award payment date release in the amount of $1,400, 000.00. The entrant directives for the Full-$Amount are on Record and are issued to Me and I am only required to complete, sign and enclose the Award Payment Date release fee of just the $19.99."
I saw no indication of this being sent to me by PCH. The logo is no where to be found.
