My husband purchased a Kirby Vacuum cleaner back in October. It specifically stated in our contract that we had three days to return the product, no questions asked. When we both attempted to contact Cam Industries, our phone calls were refused and they would not respond to our letter and we ultimately got stuck with this product. Now, five years later we are going to court over this. We have argued with two different attorney's for Kirby trying explain to them that we should not be responsible for this debt simply because they voided their own contract. The interest is outrageous, it is like 22%. And now their lawyer wants more money from my husband. This company is a scam, if someone shows up on your door step wanting to present or sale this product, call the law.
