I submitted picture of my cat, then was told I could purchase a book of all the enteries for $96.95. I gave them my cc # and my card was charged the same day. When the book had'nt arrived in a couple of monthes, I contacted their e-mail address. They told me the book would be sent out in August. Again I contacted the e-mail address... No response. Still no one is responding and still no book. What are my options?
