I was overcharged by an error on the part of Sirus XM Radio. They have admitted their error and agree on the refund but since August 22 they have promised to refund the amount but have been lying to me regarding when I will get refund. It is now 2 1/2 months since I reported the loss and have made many calls to their outsource people and I get nothing but promises and lies.
