I requested a trial only and received this and 2 weeks later my credit card was debited and trying to get a hold of this company was a nightmare. I fortunately got a telephone number from my credit card supplier, who said that I would have to cancel it before they could reverse the charge. When phoning 01213459889 I waited 20 minutes for a reply (this will cost a fortune as I live in the UK) and finally got through to India who I could barely understand then spend another 30 minutes trying to get details of what I had to do. Which is to return the bottles in order to get my refund. However he said I would receive an email to confirm address and code numbers which I have to insert on the boxed. Not received this so am trying to track down the company to return the bottles to get my money back. I am a state pensioner and this has devastated me, I really feel so stupid. Uk pounds = £96
