Purchased a Shoretel phone system from Robert Carlson of VanguardIPT.com. The guy was a complete scammer... Only sent part of the order and refused to refund the rest of my money. He cut off all communication after promising to send back the money. Still haven't seen the money or spoken to him since. This guy is a THIEF! He will burn in hell for stealing from innocent people.
