I paid for a 2 for 1 offer on the above products and did receive this shipment. However on 09/01 then 10/04with no delivery of product. However, worse than this, on 10/07 I had $279.80 taken from my account illegally. No product was delivered at this time either. Please can you take any steps to refund this entire sum of money
